Pre-gelatinised Starch
Corn and Tapioca starch is pre-gelatinized starch, which belongs to one kind of modified starch, and is obtained after heating, gelatinization, film forming, drying and crushing. Pregelatinized starch in wall putty powder can enhance the film-forming property of interior wall putty, improve the adhesion between interior wall putty and the base, improve the compatibility of interior wall putty, and mainly act as a binder to prevent powder removal. Pregelatinized starch is an environmentally friendly and economical binder.

Neutral wall putty for interior walls is a material used for the base treatment of wall surfaces, the main function of which is to fill up minor cracks and holes, provide a smooth surface and lay the foundation for the subsequent stucco emulsion paint. It is neutral in nature, does not contain harsh additives and is suitable for all kinds of interior wall construction.

| Note:
1. Heavy calcium carbonate with high oil absorption is recommended, usually with water content controlled at 38-42% to improve workability. 2. Mixing for about 1 minute is recommended to facilitate dispersion. Mixing for more than 2 minutes will increase the risk of reverse thinning. 3. Redispersible Polymer Powder(RDP) and polyvinyl alcohol should be selected according to strength requirements and are usually added in winter. The amount of thixotropic agent should also be determined according to the thixotropic properties of the calcium powder. |
