Product Description

PCE 128/802 is a kind of enhanced powder polycarboxylate Superplasticizer manufactured through optimizing molecular group configuration and synthesis process. It is suitable for mortar and concrete containing special cement with high flow ability and strength.


PCE802 provides excellent initial plasticizing rate, plasticizing effect, easy defoaming and long durability to mortar containing special cement.

It has good compatibility with other construction additives like defoaming agent, retarder, expansion agent, and early strengthener. Due to its special molecular structure, it can reduce the dosage of water reducer and retarder, keep appropriate work performance and achieve good strength and cost performance.

 Application method

Pre-mix with other dry powders and properly pack; add water proportionally to mix for application on site.

Recommend dosage is 0.01%-0.30% of the binding materials.

Packing standard

25kg/ woven bag inner with PE bags, 12 tons/ 20′ FCL.

Customized packing is available.


Store in cool, dry and ventilated warehouse, keep away from direct exposure to humidity and luminosity.

This product can be kept for 12 months in the original package, and it shall be put in use within 60 days in case of opening the original package. Seal tight if the opened bag is not finished in case of moisture.
