Pre-gelatinised Starch
Pre-gelatinized starch is a high-temperature modified starch that dissolves readily in cold water. It features high viscosity and excellent film-forming properties, commonly used as a binder in neutral wall putty. Offers strong adhesion, requires minimal dosage, and is cost-effective.
Lithium Salt Coagulant
Lithium Salt Coagulant can serve as a cement coagulant accelerator, accelerating cement coagulation and shortening construction timelines.
Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer
Polycarboxylic superplasticizer is a white powder primarily composed of polycarboxylate salts, exhibiting exceptional water-reducing properties. It is widely used in flowable mortars and gypsum systems.
Defoamer
Defoamers rapidly eliminate air bubbles generated during mortar mixing while simultaneously inhibiting bubble formation. This enhances the mortar's density and impermeability, thereby conferring greater strength and waterproofing properties upon the flowable mortar.
Air-Entraining Agent
The D-series air-entraining agent is an anionic surfactant, also known as a wetting agent, primarily utilised within the construction industry. It serves as an air-entraining agent, wetting agent, and plasticiser for plastering materials such as cement and gypsum. This product enhances the smooth application and pumpability of the material, reduces shrinkage and cracking, and improves frost resistance.
Silicone Hydrophobic Powder
A white powder composed of silica-based particles that repels water (hydrophobic) in mortar and forms a waterproof protective barrier on the mortar surface.
Melamine Superplasticizer
Melamine Superplasticizer(SMF) is a water-soluble anionic water-reducing agent. It exhibits excellent adsorption and dispersion properties with cement, offering high water-reduction rates. As a non-air-entraining agent with low chloride ion content, it prevents corrosion of reinforcing steel and demonstrates good compatibility with various cement types.
Methylcellulose(MHEC/HPMC)
SildeyCel ME/MP is a modified nonionic water-soluble cellulose ether specifically designed as a water-retention and viscosity-enhancing additive for cementitious mortars. Containing methyl, ethyl, and hydroxyethyl substituents, SildeyCel provides a unique balance between workability and strength. It is a highly significant water-retention and thickening agent in mortar formulations.
Gypsum Retarder
The GR series retarder is a gypsum retarding agent synthesised from amino acids. This retarder delays the hydration process by adsorbing gypsum particles through the unique molecular structure of amino acids. It effectively prolongs the setting time of gypsum, allowing flexible control of setting time by adjusting the dosage (0.02%–0.3%) to meet diverse construction requirements.
