SMF-10 is a Sulphonated Melamine Formaldehyde Resin Based Superplasticizer, suitable for cement-based or gypsum-based mortars that require high fluidity and high strength.

Range of Application

SMF-10 has good compatibility with different cements, gypsum cementing materials and other additives such as defoamers, thickeners, retarders, expansion agents, hardening accelerators, etc., and can give mortars quick plasticization, high fluidization effect and low air entrainment.

Method of Use

Package into finished products after mixing with other dry powder components evenly, and use it after mixing with the recommended amount of water on site.

The recommended addition amount is 0.3-1.00% of the cementitious material, which needs to be determined in advance based on raw materials and construction specifications.

Storage Conditions

The product should be stored in a dry and clean environment in the original packaging and away from heat sources. This product is not easy to fail, but it is a hydrophilic-based product. If the storage environment is poor, it will slowly absorb water. It is recommended to follow the first-in first-out principle when using it.

If the product is not used up, the packaging must be tightly sealed to prevent moisture intrusion.

According to laws and regulations on dangerous goods and preparations, this product is harmless. The formation and accumulation of dust should be avoided.
