Twenty-one years ago, DELTA Coatings International opened its doors in Dubai, with its focus on protective coatings and waterproofing solutions. Today, DELTA Coatings is both an award-winning, independent coatings system house and a turnkey waterproofing project specialist. The company provides polyurea-based liquid linings, coatings and waterproofing solutions for a range of challenging projects globally, including lagoons and water parks, residential and commercial projects, and large-scale desalination, water reservoir and wastewater treatment plants. In addition, DELTA offers customized solutions for corrosion, abrasion, and impact protection.
All told, DELTA Coatings has delivered more than 50,164 solutions to 1,372 customers across 23 countries worldwide. DELTA Coatings is an ISO 9001:2015-certified company and PDA Europe corporate member, with all products and services benchmarked to the highest international standards. DELTA also offers industry-leading elastomeric coating products which are WRAS-approved at 85°C.
The company continues to enjoy growth: DELTA Coatings is currently building a new state-of-the-art global headquarters and manufacturing plant at Dubai Industrial City (DIC), which will be partially powered by an extensive solar energy farm on the plant’s roof.

The planned opening of DELTA Coatings’ new plant and Center of Excellence has coincided with the recent appointment of qualified chemist Nilesh Panchal as its new head of research and development. With more than 13 years’ experience at Covestro, a key upstream supplier of raw materials to DELTA Coatings, Panchal has already worked on hundreds of successful projects alongside DELTA over the past decade, cementing a strong collaborative relationship.
