SIDLEY focuses on the research and development of additives and application technologies for gypsum-based building materials. We support additive selection, formulation optimization and performance testing for gypsum plasterboard, gypsum plaster, gypsum skim coats, gypsum blocks and gypsum-based self-leveling compounds.

Our development work addresses differences in gypsum raw materials and manufacturing processes, with a focus on setting control, water reduction, flowability, water retention, workability, foam control, weight reduction, strength development and water resistance. Through raw material analysis, formulation trials and application testing, we help customers solve practical production and application challenges while balancing product performance, manufacturing efficiency and overall cost.
