Recently, we completed a batch of decorative samples made from cement mortar, aimed at evaluating its forming performance under different mold designs.
The samples include various structural types, such as architectural texture designs, geometric column shapes, and decorative pieces with detailed relief patterns. Each design was produced using different molds for forming trials.

Overall, the results show relatively consistent performance in terms of detail reproduction and structural stability, with clear surface textures achieved across most samples.
During the production process, workability and air bubble control remain key factors. Therefore, small adjustments of water reducer and defoaming agent are applied depending on different shapes to improve flow behavior and surface quality.

A low-profile bowl-shaped geometric piece with a faceted polygonal outer contour.
A cylindrical object with evenly repeated stepped ring textures arranged in layered horizontal segments.
A cylindrical form featuring intricate architectural relief patterns, including arches and decorative structural details.

A vase-shaped form with vertical ribbed texture and a narrow neck opening.

A standing human figure sculpture featuring armor details and a headdress in a solid 3D form.
This set of samples is more of a stage-based record, reflecting the practical performance of cement mortar in decorative applications.
