PR Series
Reactive printing paste PR series can achieve outstanding color yield, levelness, and outline clarity in printing. Reactive printing paste PR will not react with reactive dyes. Besides, the printing effect is better than other conventional products since the paste comprehensively considers the mechanical properties of various printing machines, as well as the individuality and commonality of multiple fabrics, so that the PR series of reactive pastes can play their respective advantages on different equipment and cotton fabrics of various specifications and show the best printing effect.

Usage: This product is suitable for the printing of reactive dyes of rayon and cotton fabrics, and can also be used for dispersing dye printing.
Printing machine.: PR-301 products can be used for rotary screen and flat screen machine.
Paste stock formula:(Use the paste alone)
PR-301 original paste concentration 5%. Add 5kg of dry powder to 95kg of water slowly with stirring. After adding, stir for 30 minutes (always stir for more than 30 minutes), stop stirring, and it is ready for use.

Rheological Property
Like all natural pastes, PR-301 products have near Newtonian rheology. However, their viscosity is temperature dependent. As the temperature increases, the viscosity decreases. Therefore, they are used more in summer than in winter. However, the paste is quite stable, it is not easy to mildew and the viscosity decreases, especially in summer, when the viscosity of sodium alginate decreases in the morning and decreases in the afternoon.
Net permeability
Due to the good net permeability of the paste, the printing pressure can be reduced during printing, thus prolonging the service life of the screen.
Due to the good net permeability, satisfactory printing results can be obtained for demanding fabrics. (High-count, high-density poplin and sateen), no grinning of white ground on knitted fabrics.
As the paste has good net permeability, the speed of the printing machine can be increased, so that the output can be increased.
Thixotropy
PR-301 paste has good thixotropy, in flat screen printing, the colour paste can quickly recover the viscosity in printing and get good printing effect.
Color yield
Compared to sodium alginate: PR-301 has a higher colour yield (because it does not react with the dye). This effect is observed on both cotton and rayon. In most cases, the increase in colour yield reduces the amount of dyestuff used, thus ultimately reducing the cost of the paste. It also reduces the amount of dyestuff in the wastewater, which facilitates wastewater treatment.
The PR-301 paste has a very good screen permeability and colour yield, which results in a very good fullness of the pattern.
Steaming
Steaming temperature should be 100-102℃, especially for rayon, it should never exceed 102℃ (because rayon needs a lot of humidity when fixing with reactive dyes, because the higher the temperature, the less humidity). The relative humidity of the steamer is about 80%. the colour yield better. (If the factory can not control the above 2 conditions, according to the factory’s conventional steam process, the paste also reflects the outstanding colour yield)
Washing
Extend the washing time in cold water, in order to strengthen the swelling of the paste, please slow down the speed of the washing machine, the washing time is between 8-10 minutes. (Except for 5# black reactive dyestuff printed on cotton woven fabrics).
Regarding the washing of knitted fabrics, due to the different structure of the fabric washing machine, the washing time is more than 20 minutes, so even if you use the paste alone, there is no hand feeling problem.
