Polyoxyethylene Ether(Monomer)
Polyoxyethylene Ether (Monomer) undergoes radical polymerization with substances containing double bonds—such as acrylic acid and maleic anhydride—to produce polycarboxylate-based water-reducing agents. These agents deliver exceptionally high water-reduction rates and effectively enhance the early strength of concrete.
Steel Fiber
Steel fibers, as reinforcing fibers, are widely used in concrete to effectively enhance its load-bearing capacity, crack resistance, and durability.
Synthetic Fibre
Synthetic fibers refer to fiber materials produced through chemical synthesis, with common examples including polypropylene fibers and polyester fibers. These synthetic fibers are incorporated into concrete to enhance its performance. They improve the tensile strength, crack resistance, and toughness of concrete, thereby playing a positive role in extending its service life.
Defoamer
During the mixing and pouring of concrete, air inevitably becomes entrapped, forming air bubbles. If these bubbles remain within the hardened concrete, they create voids that reduce the material's density and strength. Air bubbles can also compromise the surface aesthetics of concrete, particularly in decorative applications requiring a smooth finish. The function of a defoamer is to disrupt the stability of these bubbles, causing them to rapidly collapse or escape, thereby enhancing the overall performance of the concrete.
Air-entraining Agent
Air-entraining agents introduce a large quantity of enclosed, uniformly fine air bubbles into concrete. These bubbles exhibit stable properties, with minimal loss of air content following pouring and vibration. This significantly enhances the concrete's resistance to freezing, water penetration, de-icing salts, and chemical corrosion, effectively extending its service life.
Shotcrete Accelerator
Shotcrete accelerator is an admixture used in shotcrete that enables rapid setting and hardening of concrete. With its distinct advantages in accelerating setting and early strength development, shotcrete accelerator has become one of the most critical materials in shotcrete engineering.
Liquor Water Reducer
Polycarboxylic superplasticizer is a high-performance concrete admixture primarily used to enhance concrete's workability, strength, and durability. It improves concrete properties by dispersing cement particles to reduce water content. Due to its outstanding performance, polycarboxylic superplasticizer is widely applied in various concrete projects, including bridges, high-rise buildings, and hydraulic engineering. It is also an environmentally friendly product with minimal environmental impact.
Powder Water Reducing Agent
Polycarboxylic superplasticisers exhibit high water-reduction rates, excellent dispersibility, and superior adaptability, enhancing both early and late-stage strength. They impart concrete and mortar with favourable workability and durability. Powdered superplasticisers offer greater convenience in transportation and application compared to liquid variants.
