Melamine Superplasticizer
Melamine Superplasticizer(SMF) is a water-soluble anionic water-reducing agent. It exhibits excellent adsorption and dispersion properties with cement, offering high water-reduction rates. As a non-air-entraining agent with low chloride ion content, it prevents corrosion of reinforcing steel and demonstrates good compatibility with various cement types.
Methylcellulose(MHEC/HPMC)
SildeyCel ME/MP is a modified nonionic water-soluble cellulose ether specifically designed as a water-retention and viscosity-enhancing additive for cementitious mortars. Containing methyl, ethyl, and hydroxyethyl substituents, SildeyCel provides a unique balance between workability and strength. It is a highly significant water-retention and thickening agent in mortar formulations.
Gypsum Retarder
The GR series retarder is a gypsum retarding agent synthesised from amino acids. This retarder delays the hydration process by adsorbing gypsum particles through the unique molecular structure of amino acids. It effectively prolongs the setting time of gypsum, allowing flexible control of setting time by adjusting the dosage (0.02%–0.3%) to meet diverse construction requirements.
Powdered Cellulose
Powdered cellulose is a powdered additive for chemical building materials products, manufactured by processing wood pulp. It is a naturally occurring fiber insoluble in water, exhibiting excellent flexible strength, dispersibility, and chemical inertness. Powdered cellulose is environment friendly products, gained from replenishable raw materials.
Polypropylene Fiber
Polypropylene short fiber is a synthetic fiber. Polypropylene short fiber effectively enhances the crack resistance, water resistance, abrasion resistance, and freeze-thaw resistance of mortar/concrete while improving concrete workability.
Starch Ether
Starch ethers exhibit thickening and thixotropic properties, enhancing mortar Sag resistance for smoother application. They are widely used in cement-based mortars, plaster, and wall putty products.
Polyvinyl Alcohol
Polyvinyl alcohol powder is suitable for use in wall putty, where it enhances bonding strength, improves toughness, enhances plasticity, and reduces shrinkage cracks.
Calcium Formate
Calcium formate is a salt formed from calcium ions (Ca²⁺) and formate anions (HCOO⁻). In cementitious systems, it is commonly used as an additive to improve early strength development and accelerate curing, especially in cold weather.
Redispersible Polymer Powder
Redispersible polymer powder is a key material for enhancing drymortar performance. It forms a uniform polymer film within the mortar, improving its adhesion, flexibility, workability, and durability.
